There are a few options for indoor housing this year:

Aurora Shared Room

Aurora is the Twin Oaks Community Visitor Cabin, conveniently located about a quarter mile from the conference site, about a tenth of a mile from the parking lot, and a quarter mile from the river.  It consists of 6 rooms with a variety of beds and bunks in each, one full bathroom and one half bathroom, and a living room.  Folks who are ok sharing with another roommate pay $35/night per person. This can be added when you purchase your registration ticket. Email us at
queergathering@twinoaks.org if you’re traveling with one or more people and would like to room together or try and fit more than 2 people in a room. There is no air conditioning, but fans are provided.

 

Aurora Private Room

Folks who would like their own private room in this shared house pay $45/night per person. This can be added when you purchase your registration ticket. Limited availability! Email us at queergathering@twinoaks.org if private room slots are full but you’d like to be on the waiting list in case of cancellations.
