We’re back! After a two-year hiatus, we’re excited to reconnect with our queer friends and allies
A couple important new things this year:
1) All attendees must be vaccinated and show proof of vaccination! This is to help protect the high number of vulnerable people in the community. As this is an outdoor event, masking will not be required, but is respected for those who would like to take more precautions. We also kindly ask that you refrain from high-covid-risk activities in the 2 weeks prior to the event to reduce your risk of infection (ie mask indoors, etc).
2) All attendees must provide proof of a negative covid rapid antigen test taken between Aug 3-5. We will have a limited supply of tests on-hand at the event if needed. No one will be allowed into the gathering space without confirming a negative test result.
Please stay home if you are feeling ill, have recently been diagnosed with Covid-19, or have had direct contact with a suspected or confirmed Covid-19 case. If you do not attend or need to leave early, we will happily refund all or some of your registration fee. Even with these guidelines in place, there is some risk of Covid-19 exposure, so please consider this when deciding to attend this year.
3) Travel stipends are available to anyone who needs them! Priority to BIPOC and trans folks. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make a request 🙂
